I am a descendent of Robert Blood. In "The story of the Bloods" (1960 it is stated that the relationship between the four bloods that came to America is unclear. to quote... "As stated earlier in this work these four, James Sr, John, Robert, and Richard are undoubtedly related, they may be brothers, they may be a combination of brothers and cousins or of uncles and nephews, but the exact relationship is unproven" earlier he analyzes dates and records and then states that the proposed father/son relationship between James Sr. and Robert has been shown to be not true. if anyone out there has more current research that has now turned this 1960 conclusion around or added to it, i would be most interested to hear from you. please e-mail me as well as posting to this group. thanks for you help if you can give it. brian parks
