Reuben Blood predecessors

Help! On filling in the gaps from the Reuben F. Blood lineage.
Can anyone help us fill in the "Gaps" in our family lineage? Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated. We have some ancient and modern history on the Bloods which we would be more than glad to share via E-mail

* The parts I am missing are from;
Reuben F. Blood bd (somewhere around1770 to 1780 we estimate) who married
Relief Whiting; bd unknown, marriage date ukwn., back to James Blood
who came from either Cheshire(?) or Northamptonshire (?), England, to Concord, Mass
in 1638 or shortly thereafter.
* The other "Gap" which I'm extremely interested in is,
The children of Capt. George Lysander Blood, bd 31 July 1817 and his wife
Miss Jane Spooner, bd ukwn. Their children were; George Albert Blood, bd?,
Lorenzo Shomer Blood, bd Dec 1851, Collinsville, Madison Co. IL, and Caroline
Eliza Blood bd 1855 / 56?, and my grandfather, Charles Henry Blood.
My father Alden Edward Blood, born in 1876 in Minnesota, was the only child of Charles
Henry Blood bd....., who married Mercy Martin about 1875 (?) in Minnesota.
These are the only direct relatives on my father's side of the family that I
know of, and I have absolutely no knowledge of the others or their marriages, children or lineage.
