TAG paper on Bloods in last few years?

I have a copy of the following paper:

Richardson, Douglas. 1995. The English origin of the Lakin family of Reading and Groton, Massachusetts, with the possible origin of the Bloods of Reading and Groton. The American Genealogist, July 1995, 142-149.

The author conjectures that the Groton Bloods came from a Richard Blood of Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, and says "A discussion of the origin of the Blood immigrants is planned for a later article." I do not have ready access to TAG; can anyone tell me if that article was ever published, and if so, provide a full citation? Thanks.
