Israel Pliney Blood was the son of Ephraim B. Blood and Caroline Lilly. He was born in July 1840 (per 1900 census) in Chautauqua County NY. He married Laura Jane Estabrook in 1866 at Portage, Columbia Co, WI. I see you have her name as Esterbrook and would not rule it out. Laura was born July 1838 in NY (per 1900 census).

They lived at Sand Creek, Dunn Co, WI in 1880, his age 39 with wife "Lora" aged 41.

They lived at Sumner Twp, Barron Co, WI in 1900, his age 59, wife "Laura" aged 61.

Harvey G. born Nov 1869 in WI
Louisa A. born 1872 in WI
George Monroe born 1875 in WI
Lilly Mabel Adella born 1877 in WI, died 1893/94
Leanna M. born Nov 1879 in WI
