BLOODs, Concord, and Paul Revere

Is there a connection between BLOODs and Paul Revere? Most history books say Paul Revere rode through Concord on 18 April 1775 (at midnight says the Longfellow poem) to warn Minutemen that the British were coming (some claim another made that ride). Does anyone have more info? Since BLOODs lived in Concord at the time, were there any BLOOD Minutemen? Did any BLOODs fight at Concord?

(I was born on Paul Revere Day, which is still a state holiday in Massachusetts).
