I believe Isabell Wilkinson married Richard Blood in England, prior to their emigration to Massachusetts. The IGI lists an Isabell Wilkinson, daughter of Robert and Mrs Elizabeth Wilkinson as being born about 1613 in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, England.
Richard Blood was in New England by 1642, and he and Isabell (or at least Isabell) were back in England in 1646, as son James was born at Frisby in Leicestershire, near to the boundary with Nottinghamshire.
Their first born child was Elizabeth, which was the name of Isabell's mother and is possibly further confirmation of this scenario.
