I am a Blood/Wright family descendant.
My research on this family indicates that Abigail Blood born 1748 married Ebenezer Laughton. You will find a listing of their children in Pepperell Vital Records. She married second Lt. Nathaniel Sartell.
Nathaniel Blood, son of Deacon David Blood and Abigail Farnsworth, born 1763, died on May 30, 1772, at age 9 years and 2 months from fever. (Pepperell Vital Records)
Sibbel (Sybil) Wright (sister to two of my Wright ancestors) married Nathan Blood, born October 16, 1773, son of Joshua Blood and Kezia Jewett. It was this Nathan Blood who married second Mary Brooks. Mary Brooks survived him and went on to remarry (either a Shattuck or a Blood - can't remember which).
Sibbel (Sybil) Wright married first Levi Shattuck, son of Jeremiah S. Shattuck and Kezia Shattuck. He died before 1801. They had two daughters, one, Sybil Shattuck, married Nathaniel Sartell, Jr. (5th), and the other, Rachel Shattuck, married Ashur Shattuck.
Sibbel (Wright) (Shattuck) Blood was the mother of Mary, Nathan, Asher, Kezia, Edward Francis and Elizabeth. With the exception of Asher who married Lucretia Williams, and Elizabeth who married Abijah Blood, son of Ezra Blood, all children married into the Shattuck family.
