Asa Blood Jr. b. 1790 Hawley Mass.Lived in Hawley Mass. at least until 1801. Moves to New York with his mother and father. After the war of 1812 he removes to Ohio with relatives.Asa Jr. was the first Post master of Dover, Ohio. He also was a tavern owner. My3rd grt. grandfather Samuel A. was born in Dover in 1837. Asa Jr. died 1844-1846 Eaton township, Lorain City, Ohio.
