Looking for BLOMGREN Descendants of Johan August Blomgren and Charlotta Jonasdotter. Jonas was born 4 Feb 1833 in Grano, Halleberga, Kronoberg County, Sweden. His wife Charlotta was born 1833 in Madesjo, Kalmar County, Sweden.

They had several children:
Emilie b. 11 Mar 1858 Algutsboda, Sweden
Jonas Josef (Joseph) b. 6 Dec 1859 Algutsboda, Sweden
Carl Wilhelm b. Nov 1862 Algutsboda, Sweden
Adolf Blomgren b. 18 Feb 1865
Wilhelmina Blomgren b. 12 Oct 1867 Algutsboda
Anna Blomgren b. Oct 1874
Aaron Blomgren b. Jul 1877
Fred (Alfred) Blomgren b. 1878

Joseph, Wilhelmina, Anna, Aaron, and Fred all came to the US between about 1885 and 1900. Joseph worked on the railroad in Nebraska and Wyoming, then moved to Utah.

At the time of the 1900 Census, Joseph "Blomgreen" and his wife Mary and their children were living in Utah - Rich County - Randolph Precinct - page 247A - Dwelling & Family # 11. Members of the household included:

Joseph Blomgren's son George Blomgren was born in Oregon, probably Weston, Oregon on 24 Jan 1901. He died October 10, 1991.

His son Earnest died in Walla Walla, Wash. in 1969.

Wilhelmina married Albert Nelson and after his early death, Samuel P. Miller. They lived in Walla Walla and eastern Oregon.

Aaron Blomgren and his descendants lived in Lincoln and Spokane County, Washington.

Anna Blomgren married Edward Anderson in 1896 in Walla Walla. They had at least three children. Anna died in Seattle in the mid-1960s.
