German was my major in college and I have studied and learned it for many years.

Here is a translation of the text:

Johann Christian Muxfeld--"im Jahr 1808 den 15then Nov. bin ich mit meiner Frau Ida Magretha goborene Hingst aus Nettlesee copuliert."=in the year of 1808 on the 15th of November, I was married (copuliert=latin word used in early German marriage documents) to my wife Ida Margretha, nee or born Hingst (her maiden name) from Nettlesee (town she was born in.)

Den 21. Marz 1809 (the 21st of March 1809)-is most likely the date that Johann Christian Muxfeld recorded the preceding information.

"Jungfer D Maria Dorothea Muxfeldt zu Funffhausen."
=Young girl or maiden D Maria Dorothea Muxfeldt at Funffhausen (most likely the name of the town). Der Junggeselle (bachelor or junior journeyman) Claus Detlev Hingst aus (from) Nettelsee (town where Claus was from). Sie ist gestorben 1810 den 5. Mai. (She died on the 5th of May, 1810).

My grandma was a Blocker. I was viewing the Blocker forum and decided I would use my translation abilities.
