My mothers maiden name was Bertha Bloch, and she came from the Ukraine when she was age 19 and came through Ellis Island. She married Morris Kaiman in Omaha Nebraska. She
is deceased. She had six children, five sons and one daughter. I am the sole child livingand am 85 years of age. I live in California.Her sister married a man named Fox, her name was Sarah Fox, and she had two daughters , she lived in Omaha. One brother was named Joseph Bloch and he had two sons and two daughters. An older brother was a religious teacher. He had lived in Omaha and then moved east either Chicago or New York. My mother spoke of having been originally in Kieve, and then Odessa. Her parents were merchants there. She had a younger sister named Rose who married a man named Kroloff, and she had one son who became a dentist. Her husband I believe was a pharmacist.
