The name Bloch-The Soultz origin Blochs

In the year 1940 mr.Ginsburger issued a booklet "les familles Bloch a Soultz(Haut Rhine)"(near Colmar France).
In year 1973 Mr.Max Herschkowitz of Anvers issued a family
tree draw showing the Blochs origin Soultz from 1700 till
that time.Mr. Ginsburger writes that in 14TH century because
of racial persecutions families WALCH of Alsace immigrated
to Polland.There they changed name to VLOCH & VOLCH which mean in Pollish language "stranger" "Italian" "French-man".
In The 17TH century the families returened to Alsace & to
Germany and changed name to BLOCH.
The tree show they were living along the Rhine on both sides
German &French:Eichstetten;Rhinau
; Soultz Etc.
According the tree todays Soultz Blochs are located mainly
in France also in Canada,Belgium,USA& Israel.
