Based on your message, I think this is the sequence of Georg Bloch and Anna Elisabeth Gelbach (married Nov. 1744:
In Hirschland, Alsace, they had the following children:
Maria b. 23 Oct 1745, would be their first child (which is generally born first year, so this fits.)
Johan Adam (mine) b. 1748, went to America.
Maria Magdalena b. 1750.

Supposedly, Georg immigrates to USA on PATIENCE, 1751, after Maria Magdalena born in Hirschland.
Then, more children born in USA:
1-Johann Georg, christened 25 Feb 1753, Market Sq. Presyby. Church, Germantown, Phila Co. Pa.
(sponsor Martin Jost) Rev. John Conrad Steiner records.
2-Barbara, christened 31 March 1755, Reformed Church, Germantown. Sponsor Barbara Walter. (Same Rev. John S.)
3-Anna Elisabetha, born 13 Dec 1756, christened 26 Dec 1756, sponsors Heinrich Bloecker & wife Louisa. (Rev. John Wm. Stoy records.) Same church as 2-
4-Maria Magdalena, b. 1 Sept 1758, christened 8 Oct 1758,
sponsors "Michael Bloch & wife, Mary Magdalena" (is Maria Leebrock) (Rev. John Geo. Alsentz records.)

So, looks like locations & dates fit o.k., and the whole data I've put together is logical.

I have a large Rohrbach chart put together by a Rohrback family member, and documentation that shows: earliest ancestor:
Hans Jurg Rohrbach 1707; married Christina Moser, had 6 issue: 2 we are interested in:
a-Simon Rohrback 1748 married Maria Bloch.
b-Lorenz/Lawrence, who marries Christine Frey, issue:
only 2 were are interested in:
1-Henry Rohrback 1773 Katharine Bloch, 6 children.
2-Anna Rorhback 1770 marries Jacob Bloch, 3 children:
a-George Bloch 1800; 6 children, unlisted
b-Margerate Bloch 1799. 8 children, unlisted
c-Jacob Bloch 1797; 5 children, unlisted.

I do have some questions, If, by your info, Johann Adam b. 1748, was a goddfather to a child in 1774 in Hirschland, is this MY Johann?

According to my records, Johann Adam "Adam" is in Berks Co. Pa., having 2 known children:
Anna Elisabetha b. 1773, Berks AND my:
Sabina/Salome/Sophia b. 1778. I have the Shaffer Bible which lists Sophia's birth; plus my researched family records. About her name as Salome, it's from a church record, Reading, Pa., and it is an error, probably from translation, or was a middle name or something. She used Sabina and Sophia on records I found, which I know is mine, as always coupled with my Wilhelm Shaffer/Schafer.

I would very much like to have the information, taken from some books that you have. I would be glad to pay for the copying and postage. I will send, to your e-mail, my mailing address. The other Bloch's listed may supply me some clues.

As to your question on an Anna Elizabeth married to a Johannes Rohrback, will look that up & comment later. I believe I've answered your question of Johan Henry Rohrback and Catharina Bloch, from the Rohrback chart, which lists their names spelled differently. I will send another e-mail directly to you, of the children of Sophia & Wilhelm Shaffer/Schafer.
