I am very interested in your information on Johan/John Bloch and his wife Veronica. I have spent countless hours trying to find information on them. All I have for John is a possible estate record from 1833. I have been unable to locate any burial records for either John or Veronica. If Veronica was married once before that would explain why I can't find a baptismal record for "Veronica/ Phronica Lang".
Do you know where this "Manti Church" is or was located?
I can only guess at who Johan's father might have been. It could have been George. Do you know who Adam's children were? Is this the Adam that was married to Magdalena Scheurer?
I suspect that the Jacob Bloch mar. to Anna Maria Catharina Rohrbach is Johan's brother or cousin. They lived near each other, attended the same churches and appear to have been close in age. There were only a few other Bloch's in Berks county in the late 1700's.
I have some tax records for Adam Bloch. Let me know if you need them.
I have done quite a bit of research on the Bloch families of Berks and Lehigh Counties. I am still trying to figure out how the early Bloch settlers were all connected to each other.
