I saw this on the Jackson Co KS list. This seems to be Charles J Bliss, son of Charles, born 1840 NY, found in several KS counties in KS, 1900, 1910 and 1920. Charles senior found in 1880 Douglas Co KS with Chas Jr age 1.

Mary Louise BLISS, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. C.J. Bliss, was born Dec. 23, 1914, and died Dec. 10, 1915, age 11 months, and 18 days.
How brief was her earthly life, yet how radiant with joy and sunshine. She was loved by all who knew here and her winning ways and sunny smile. But God works in a mysterious way, for she was only loaned to us, and then with his own hand he transplanted her little soul in the garden of Love.
The funeral services were held at the Christian church Saturday, J.W. Waldron officiating. The body was laid to rest in the Mayetta cemetery.
Amongst a billow of flowers was a little flower laid away.
