My great grandfather, James Dane McCarty, m. in succession a set of twins, Maria Palmer and Elizabeth Ann Palmer. Information tells me that their mother was Jane Palmer that m. Arthur Blennerhassett 29 Nov 1801. The twins were b. 1829. What is confusing is that they show up as "Palmer". The m. of Jane and Arthur was discovered on the IGI. any info would be appreciated.
