Welsh Blayneys of Gregynog?

The Welsh Blayneys did not die out but became impoverished and had to leave the estate at Gregynog when it was sold to cover the debts of a relative of Sir Arthur Blayney, in whos business affairs he had unfortunately become involved.

I do not know whether my tree links to him, but my ancestor Henry Blaine was the dependant of an impoverished widow named Joan who had in total 4 children with her of a dependant age. Could she have been Jane Smothergill?

Could these be the younger 4 of the unidentified 6 children of Arthur Blayney? It is known that Arthur married more than once and it is possible that the six children were not all by the same woman but are likely to have become the responsibility of the latest wife if he died while they were dependant. Does anyone know where the two elder sons went? Does anyone have information on marriages of Arthur or date he died?
