Hi Toni,
I guess your Thomas Blay is the one I have info on:

       1        John Blay       Bef 1761 -
              +Sarah       Bef 1761 -
       2        William Blay       1781 -
       2        Richard Easte Blay       Abt 1783 -
       2        Thomas Blay       1785 -

I’ve got tons of Blays tho’ most, like this family group I can’t directly tie into my line.
Nearly all the Blays at this time seemed to be in and around the villages of White Waltham and Bray (near Maidenhead, Berks) (And some still live there today.)
I will be visiting the Society Of Genealogists here in London in the next couple of months – they have transcriptions of the Bray parish records. I will take your query with me and see what I can dig up.
You can email me directly if you wish: phil@londonmail.com
Best wishes,

Phil Cox
