Hi Jerry, looks like you’re in luck. I believe I have your Eliza Blay on my database.
Here’s what I have (info from the IGI and parish records held at the Society of Genealogists London)
Frustratingly, I can’t link them to my Blays in Bray (Back to Richard Blay (b. 1733 /d 1802) and Martha (b 1731/d 1813) but I’m sure they’re part of the same clan as there are so many common forenames.
