I am also from PR and, although I don't recognize your name, I believe all the Blays from PR are related. If my memory does not fail me, my grandfather (Don Jose Blay - Don Pepe) once told me that his father or grandfather came originally from Barcelona, Spain, but beyond that generation I really have little information. If you are a descendant of Abuelo Pepe, then your grandparents or parents may be able to shed some light.
