I don't have any information on the Oblinus/Oblinas or Westervelt/Westervilt families, but I do have copies of both the Blauvelt and Demarest Genealogies.
According to "The Demarest Family" (published 1964 by the Demarest Family Association), Philipus Demarest was distantly related to Dirk Demarest (third cousins; see relationship chart, below) and his son, Arie Demarest. Unfortunately, the genealogy does not give the names of Fletcher Ten Eyck's parents.
While I did find Gertrude Blauvelt in the Blauvelt Genealogy (published 1957, by the Association of Blauvelt Descendants, compiled by Louis L. Blauvelt), I was not able to find an entry for an Earnest Blauvelt who married an Anna Covert, so I can't verify their relation.
I've never seen a copy of the first Demarest Genealogy (published 1938), but I would guess that its objective (like my 1964 publication) is to trace the descendants of David desMarets and Marie Sohier, in general (regardless of where they lived).
