Hi Gloria,
The Revised Blauvelt Family Genealogy (1987) does not list a daughter named Hester for Jacob Blauvelt and his wife Mary - only a daughter Lucinda, born 11 Feb. 1825 in Ohio. This hardly eliminates the possibility that he had other children, however...

JACOB BLAUVELT (son of Abraham Blauvelt & Rachel Eckerson), b. 9 Oct. 1790, bapt. 7 Nov. Tappan, NY, d. 1 Mar. 1856, Monroe Twp., IN, m. MARY ____?

Lucinda Blauvelt, b. 11 Feb. 1825 Ohio
