My theory is that:
* The Sarah Blauvelt who married Jonas Secaur is also the daughter of Cornelius J. Blauvelt and Jacomyntie Demarest.
* That Jonas and Sarah named a son after her father.
* That away from Dutch New York, Jacomyntie's name was anglicized to Jemima and died Sep 1849 in Ross County, Ohio.
Remember that this is put together with "mental duct tape" so any facts/info/illuminations would be very helpful.
