I do see this is old message. I have a vintage art deco brown mohair chair made by "Valentine-Seaver Co." of chicago illinois. I would like to find our more about this chair. I have called several Chicago antique dealers and no one seems to know much.
I found a web site "In 1927, Kroehler took on the top-bracket furniture market when he bought the Valentine-Seaver Company on Chicago's northwest side.
