Hi Stuart
I'm afraid I haven't been able to get my Blatchleys out of Somerset (the earliest record I have is the marriage of William Blatchley and Nancy James in Bath in 1819). It's certainly possible that your Cornwall/Devon/Bristol lot are connected. I don't suppose you have a William born at a time to make it logical for him to be married in 1819, do you. This is my major brickwall!! Nice to hear from you.
