I've been working on my husband's BLASER line today and I think your Jacob could be a brother of my husband's great grandfather, Edward BLASER. Both boys were sons of Frank BLASER and his wife Elizabeth (Lizzie) UNKNOWN according to the census records I've been rooting through. The family lived in Allegheny County. I found Jacob with a wife, Bertha, and daughters Katherine (Catherine), Mary and Jane living in Edenton, Clarion County, PA in the 1920 census.

If you think this is on the right track, drop me a line.
