I didn't see the name of her second husband. However, I could easily have overlooked it, since the depositions are hard to read.
Minerva was the only other child mentioned in the documents. From the phrasing of the questions in the depositions, it seems likely that any others would have been mentioned, if there were any.
The names of the children of Claiborn and his brothers were all written down in a calendar book by Alfred Burton Blanton about 1900. He was a grandson of Claiborn. Copies are in Louise McDonald's papers. See pages 159,194,and 294 of a book published from them. See "The William Blanton Family" at:

Jeremiah's page is missing, but is in the loose papers depositied in the Tennessee State Library and Archives.
The biography on p. 293 incorrectly states that great grandfather of Wilson N. Blanton, grandson of Obediah, was William Blanton. We now know that the progenitor of the family was Archee (Archer) Blanton.
