INCORRECT WEBSITE POSTINGS!!

I am concerned about information regarding the Blanton Family that is not factual or based on a Primary or Secondary Source or some sort of Evidence that would prove or disprove a "Suspicion"being posted on web.
Mistakes happen all the time and to everyone, however , when a mistake is made clear to a researcher posting info shared with them, and the request to correct it is ignored - Well, it is frustrating to work so hard to try and get all our branches correct in an effort to connect the branches, just to have some, anyone! post something that would continue the confusion.I don't understand why anyone would do such a thing. It is ludicruos to be so inconsiderate, especially to other Blanton Family researchers.
I have webpages that are accurate, factual and reliable information..and as I have posted it on the web it is there for whoever wants to accept that work as fact.
Our family has been in a state of heritage confusion for a very long time, and we all know where a lot of it comes from, so I would suggest unless the information is backed up by a Source, it is best to just ignore it as not valid and consider it as a "MAYBE - MAYBE NOT" and go on and do your own research so that you know what you have is true. I guess we just have to be extra careful about sharing our work.
Why people do this is just beyond me, and some taking others work and submitting it as their own.Why would anyone post something that has not a Source or validated what they are posting, that just doesn't make any sense.
Why not just write a courtesy email and ask the researcher if they mind their work being posted by another researcher, and then give credit to the person who the work belonged to? and wait for a simple "yes" or "no". And remember this "Blessed is he who readth" the bottom lines and take them seriously and take heed!
