Hannes Jerg (George) Blankenbaker, son of Hans Matthias Blankenbaker and Anna Maria Mecklin was born 1715 at Oberderdingen, Wurttemberg, Germany. He married Mary Garrett/Gerhard about 1733/34, Culpeper, VA. Mary was the daughter of Johannes Gerhardt. To their marriage one son John Blankenbaker, Jr. was born. George died about 1745 in Culpeper, VA. Mary married Michael Moyer about 1746, VA and moved to NC with son John.
