Blankenbaker in early Kentucky

Elizabeth Blankenbaker was the daughter of Jacob Blankenbaker and his first wife, Mary Barbara Thomas. She married Ambrose Garrett and they were mentioned in her father's estate settlement in Jefferson County, Kentucky in 1822.

I do not have a birth date for her but in the 1810 Jefferson County, Kentucky census she and Ambrose were more than 45 yo. Does anyone have more information on Elizabeth Blankenbaker and Ambrose Garrett and their children?
