I am looking for info on my paternal grandfather, Jesse Osban BLAND, born in Corning, AR in Clay County, probably in the 1890's. He married Flora Frances RUSSELL,b17 July 1899 in Wappepella, MO, Wayne County; d2 Mar 1981 in Dodson, LA.
They had 2 daughters,Izora Mae b 24Apr 1918 d.19 Aug 1982; Maggie Elizabeth b.13May 1923; and three sons, Lillian Osban (changed to Lee Osban-my father)b 27 Oct 1920; James Alvin b31Jan 1926 d 15 Oct 1981; all born in Stonewall,AR Greene County; and William Hardman born in LA.

Jesse was a lathe cutter.

They moved to LA, probably around 1927? to the Springhill area and then on to Winnfield, LA. Jesse died on 3 Jan 1960 in Winnfield, LA.

I know of only one brother, Lillian Leslie or Leslie Lillian who spelled his name BLAN. He married Lucille ? and had one son, Bill, and they lived in Poplar Bluff, MO.

I need help!! Where to go from here??
