Don't know about the height but one of the most noted members of the BLAND family was Mary Bland (1704-1764) but from pictures that I have seen of her she has a very long neck. Of course Mary Bland was the daughter of Richard Bland and Elizabeth Randolph and was considered to be a very beautiful lady. She turned down a proposal of marriage from George Washington and married Henry Lee. Henry Lee and Mary Bland Lee were the great grandparents of the famous Civil War General Robert E. Lee.
