I can connect my line to Blands in Centre County for sure and possibly in Berks County, but I have nothing to date which indicates a connection in or from Tioga County. I believe that my great great grandfather was John Logan Bland, born in 1838 in Howard, Centre County. I do not recognize any of the names which you posted. Do you know of anyone else with Bland ties in Pennsylvania? Linda.
