I am searching for David Bland b. abt. 1855. He resided with his wife [name unknown] in Ross Co., OH at the time of his daughter, Lula [Louise?], birth in 1880. Lula married George Lump and they resided outside Chillicothe, Ross Co., Ohio. They had 11 children.
