I am researching the Blands in Pendleton Co. Thomas Bland md. Rachel Shoulders in 1797. He is the pioneer ancestor into Pendleton County. The Order of the Bonnie Blue, a southern heritage preservaton association, has named the local chapter "Phoebe Warner Chapter" after one of Thomas' granddaughters, for the service she provided to the Confederate Army during the Civil War, in Pendleton County. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, I will gladly share any info I have, or can find.
