Patrick Bland (1840?) married Catherine Delany in Portlaoise (then Maryborough), Laois County (then Queens) on February 7, 1864. His father was Bryan Bland (born 1815?).

I am Patrick's great, great grandson. I want to trace our roots beyond, but I need to figure out where Patrick was born since it was not in Maryborough. So far no luck.

Are you a Bland of Irish descent? Do you know of any Blands that moved to Ireland from another country (likely England)? Do you know how I can search for Patrick's or Bryan's birthplace?
