Hi Pat, Nice to hear from you.
My family name is Capers. You may have seen another post from me back in 2003 or 2004. I never came back to the Bland message board and I really don't know why, unless I was so busy searching other places that I forgot I'd posted here.
I made a post here this evening regarding Josephine Bland and Caleb Gabriel Capers. Gabe and Jo were my great-grandparents. My grandfather John B Capers was one of their sons. There are more details on my earlier post.
Are you kin to the Blands that were in Marlin, TX?
