Who can help me with this? J.N. Bland, (C1862-1933) came from Jackson Tennessee to Red River County Texas about 1900. He was married to Annie Laurie Moor (1873-1924) though the source is not clear whether he married her before of after reaching Texas. They lived in Clarksville Texas and had two children named Bruce Bland and Marguerite Bland. Marguerite left Red River County to Pasedena California, where she was still kicking in 1986. They say that when she was waiting for the train to take her away old J.N. asked to to sit by him if she'd miss him. Bruce married a woman named Dollie and lived out his life in Clarksville, Red River County, except for a two year stint in the Army in WWI.
