For those who can not afford DNA testing, there is a site that will provide this service free of charge. I have not used this service myself as I had my DNA tested sometime ago through FTDNA, but I have been told that this is a respected organization. Check it out.

All you have to do is provide a family tree back to 1850. They do not mail you the results but you can search online and find your results, and anyone who might match your results.
