I am looking for the parents Cornelius, William, Jesse, and Eleanor Bland in Memphis, Shelby County, Tenn:

Researching Rutherford County Tennessee, Francis H. Bland found an 1842 court order granting power of attorney to Cornelius for his siblings, William, Jesse and Eleanor.
