In "Genealogies of Virginia Famlies, William and Mary Quarterlyl Magazine, Vol. 4 Neville-Terril" it gives the following information on page 229: Capt. Henry Randolph was the son of Henry and Judith (Soane or Morryson) Randolph. They married on Dec. 12, 1661 in Henrico County. Their son was Capt. Henry Randolph, born circa Jan. 1, 1665. He died Feb. 26, 1693 and was buried in Bristol Parish Church Virginia. His widow married Giles Webb age 35, son of John and Jane Webb. I haven't double-checked dates yet, but I believe the "widow" of Henry Randolph was Judith Bland Randolph. Henry's father traces descent from the original emigrant to Virginia, William Randolph, according to John Randolph, Thomas Jefferson's cousin. This is the progenitor of Martha Randolph Jefferson's family, Thomas Jefferson's mother. You will also note that there are other Blands who seem to have married into the Randolph family. Check it out, but be careful to identify Judith BLAND Randolph. There are several Judith Randolphs in addition to Henry's mother, wife, and sister.
