I posted this as a reply to Don Rheta Margolis too. I don't know if either of you is on the list, but in case you are and you have not yet found the information you requested, here is the marriage information. I found it on microfilm on Giles County VA that I rented from LDS (Latter Day Saints).

William Riley King, (b. 1837 Pulaski Co. VA), age 23 married on 14 June 1860 Cynthia May Bland (b. 1844 Giles Co. VA), age 16? When they married their residences were Walkers Creek, VA (his) and Giles Co. VA (hers).

William Riley King's parents were Allen G.? and Sarah King. Cynthia May Bland's parents were Isaac and Anna Blan.

I'm not sure about the G. The handwriting was open to interpretation.
