James Eual Bland passed away Jan. 14, 1999, as result of an accident. Born Nov. 2, l912 in Wapanuka, Oklahoma. Buried Jan. 18, 1999 at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, Okla. He was preceded in death by his parents John Bland, Ida Nalls Bland Diggs, and stepfather Joe Diggs. He is survived by Roberta Goodwin Bland, three daughters, Mona Bland Alexander, Jeri Bland Shelton, and Patricia Bland Collins,.
six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren,
and many children. Hope this is helpful to someone and I will find that needle in the haystack to complete my family tree about the Bland family. James Bland was seperated from John Bland his father, at about age two, and we never met any of the Bland family.....I am writing this for my Daddy, that passed away. Maybe the pieces will go together now.
