My Great-Great Grandfather James Hargreaves Bland arrived in New York Harbor from England on November 15th 1883. He resided in Jamestown, Chautauqua, New York for a period of time and the next known residence at this time was in Lowell, Middlesex, Massachusetts where he married his wife Sarah Jane Midgley. They then proceeded to Sanford, York, Maine where they remained until there death. According to his Petition for Naturalization I have, records were put on file during the June term of 1884 that had to do with the Naturalization process. I am looking for help in locating those records.
