Mr. Bland, can you tell me whether the name Blend or Blende is a derivative of Bland? I am seeking information on Marguerite Blende (possibly Margaret Blend), my father's mother, who was probably born in the 1880s and married Henry Hovious Rafferty in 1900, in Louisville, KY.
