I am looking for any infomation that can be found on a BAILEY SEATON BLAND, dob Dec.1836, death 1907. His first wife was AMANDA PAYTON married in 25 Aug 1860. His Second wife was ELIZABETH "BETTY" SULLIVAN. Her date of birth is listed 1837 and death 17 Aug 1915. They were married 12 Sept. 1863.
BAILEY had nine (9) children, JAMES, AMANDA SALLIE, SAMUEL, CARRIE, ANNETTA, JOHN, ELIZA, and SHELTON.

I know very little information other than they were in Kentucky around HARDIN County and White Mills area. The family came from West Virgina before that. Any guidance or information would greatly be appreciated.
