Daniel White Bland(1796-1871) of Duplin Co., NC. was the eldest son of James Bland and Jemima Alderman.There is a book called "A Vision of Unity the Bland Family in America and England 1555-1900", by Charles L Bland. I am told you can find it in most major genealogical libraies.
