I just found L'Association des familles Blanchet et Blanchette d'Amerique at

I didn't see any mention of it in the forum, so thought I'd pass it on.
It looks like they are trying to put together genealogy info, although you can only get into the French version of it at the moment. There is also a $20 annual fee to join and receive a Blanchette publication called Le Tissu Blanchet.
