Thomas Blanchett

My great grandfather,Thomas Blanchard, was born in 1842 and came to the United States in 1847. That was when his name was changed. I found a Thomas Blanchett born in 1842 in St. Aime' de Richelieu. It was on the Quebec Vital & Church Records(Drouin Collections)1621-1967. It is faded. I can't find the father or mother's name. Any help will really be appreciated.
