Esther Blanchet or Blanchard of Floyd Co., Virginia

I'm trying to find the parents of (Easter or Ester or Esther) (Blanchet or Blanchard)! She is my husband's ggggrandmother. Any leads would be helpful!

Here's the info. I have on her so far in case it helps:

She was born somewhere between 1828 and 1831 in Virginia or Tennessee. She married Joshua E. Mitchell (b. 1826), son of Decovid Mitchell and Elizabeth Craighead. A possible marriage date for Joshua and Esther per another researcher I couldn't contact for details is Oct. 4, 1849, probably in Virginia. On the 1850 census, Esther and Joshua are living in Jefferson, Tennessee. Joshua's father and stepmother are living nearby.
On the 1860 census, Esther and Joshua are living in Floyd Co. Virginia. Their children were Mary (b. 1850), Luther (b. 1853), Julia (b. 1854), Martha (b. 1857), Rosabell [full name Rosabell Nicotyre Ardelia Francis] (b. 1858), William H. (b. 1860). The last child born to this family was Etta Minerva, b. March 18, (1862, 1863, or 1864). Joshua joined the Confederate Army and died of wounds before the war ended. I have no information on where Joshua was buried. Birth records for the children are all in Pulaski or Floyd County, with the exception of Etta Minerva, whose birth record I couldn't find there.

Family tradition has it that Esther died when her last child, Etta Minerva, was still an infant or toddler. However, I couldn't find a death record for Esther in Pulaski or Floyd Counties.

I couldn't find a birth record for Esther. I did find a Wythe Co. Virginia record on a child that might have been the same person as Esther: "June 7, 1836: James Allison and Isaac Lehew, overseers of the poor, agreement with Bradley Hamilton to bind out Easter Blanchet, age 5, until age 18 to learn the art, trade, or business of a "spincer" (spinster) and to be paid $12 at the expiration of the term. From pg. 182, "Lost Children of Wythe County, Virginia 1790-1878. Poor School Children, Orphans, and Apprentices from County Records." (1995)
